These people clearly care about cats. Their mission of taking cats off the street and saving their lives is posted everywhere inside the fifth floor venue. However there was no advertising outside. One of my pictures shows the street entrance. After paying 1,000 yen and changing my shoes I was let into the multi roomed petting area. Three small rooms downstairs were a bit cramped while the large room on the top floor was quite spacious. All the spaces smelled strongly of cat and there was a lot of wear from cats sharpening their claws on the wooden door frames, but that's to be expected. Many adult cats roamed around or napped in various places. Some had injuries but most looked to be in great shape. Cages with kittens or less social cats were stacked in every corner. If you're into cats and especially if you are thinking about adopting a rescue I recommend a visit.

You can tell the employees are very dedicated and wish the best for the cats in their cares. They did a great job explaining all the details of adopting a cat, as well as giving advice and tips for new owners.
This is a really suspicious \cat shelter\. The environment was dark, stinky and too small for more than 50 cats. Also, the shelter refuses to give basic health check to the cats, and refuses to explain the details of the adoption fee. I wonder if there is any legal organization in Japan where people an report such suspicious \cat shelters

口コミや告発サイト等で悪い噂があったので正直不安になりながらもお伺いさせていただきました。 里親面談をしていただき、縁あって可愛い天使のような家族を迎え入れることになりました。ワクチンや去勢はもう済ませてあったので、こちらのエゴですが有難いの一言。 片目がない子や半身不随の子等色んな子がいましたが、スタッフの方達は愛情を持って接していらっしゃったので告発サイトが虚偽のものであることを願うばかりです。大人の猫で狭いゲージに入っている様子が見受けられましたがきっとなにか理由があるのだと思います…。 少なくとも私はこちらの施設は誠心誠意保護活動を行なっておられると感じました。 -- エイズ検査についてですが、エイズ陰性でも陽性でも迎え入れたいと思うのが本当の猫好きではないのでしょうか。私は未検査の子を引き取りました。それは陰性でも陽性でも同じように可愛がれると思ったからです。猫エイズは運良ければ死ぬまで発症しない子もいます。 ご参考までに…。
実は、ここに三匹の子猫の里親探しをお願いした者ですm(_ _)mそこそこ大きくなっていたものの代表の方が大丈夫ですよとありがたい言葉をかけて頂きました。我が家も既に、18匹の猫の面倒をみていたので心苦しかったのです、その事を申し伝えたら、大変ですよねと逆に気遣って頂きました。 里親に出した子猫は、有難い事にすぐに飼い主さんが見つかりほっとしております。 本当にありがとうございましたm(_ _)m
