I am really disappointed with this shop. Over my last 2 years in Japan I have spent a lot of money here. During my latest purchase I bought a Ping G410 driver. They did a quick fitting and suggested I get the Tensei Orange 70s shaft. I went straight to the driving range and the club didn't feel the same... When I checked carefully the guy in the shop sold me the Tensei Orange 60s after fitting me for a 70s (a very big difference.) Customer service in this shop is extremely bad and especially towards foreigners. I suggest everyone to go to Victoria Golf which is very close to this shop and has amazing customer service. Even though I didn't buy the driver at Victoria Golf they went out of their way to help me. I regret every yen that I have spent in this shop...
