Hidden gem sightseeing spot in Aichi. There were not too many people like Kyoto so we had very quiet and tranquil time. I highly recommend this place if you are interested in architecture, crafts and culture. I bought beautiful handmade washi( Japanesw paper) Whatever you buy hand craft products from this place you will be satisfied by their qualities.

茅葺き屋根の古民家がたくさん！明治から昭和初期までの山間部の暮らしを、ホンモノで再現してます。 入館料は大人300円。中に入ると昔ながらの山間の生活を見学できます。茅葺き屋根の家の中では、伝統工芸の体験などができます。 よく、建物の中に蝋人形がいて昔の暮らしを再現してる展示ってありますよね。でもここは蝋人形がいなくて、全て人間が創作しながら生活を再現。和紙や和傘、藍染めに桶（おけ）などを実際に作って販売もしています。
