The burger is good! And definetly not Japanese-style burger. And the place is cozy! Will definitely come back and try their cakes! (They had a lot of cakes and looks good)

Very surprised at how good their Chilimac was. And it was the real deal - macaroni & cheese topped with chilli, jalapeños, sour cream, and some wonderful pulled pork mixed in for good measure. Then I opted for their Original BBQ burger. In a word - wonderful. Start with a great hamburger, add some pulled pork and jalapeños and cheese and mayo and, and, and... Yum. The atmosphere is nice with some oldies music playing - 1960's and 1970's.
This is part of a chain of restaurants including Bubble Over and Lucy’s Bakery, which are American style diners serving up delicious American style food. I tried the rueben sandwich and it was just like home. They have an excellent breakfast as well. And the pie selection is out of this world. If you’re in the mood for some American classics, this is your spot.
Not far from station. Christopher Cross greatest hits background music was interesting choice. “Ride Like the Wind”. Nice decor. I order root beer float & monthly special Memphis BBQ Burger which had onion rings barbecue sauce & pulled pork set with onion rings. Root beer float had ice cubes in it which I feel is unnecessary. I got my order in less than five minutes even though busy weekend lunch time. Typical gourmet hamburger price. Burger was awesome!
Staff was friendly and cool. The staff wore a smile. Very knowledgeable on what was vegetarian friendly on the menu and was able accommodate a meal without meat. Food was delicious. American style size. Good review on the delicious giant cherry pie. Music was chill. Playing southern classic rock and blues. They also have a Grateful Dead cover band that preforms there. Definitely a good place with positive vibes.
