Less tourist, thus; much shorter waiting than the main store @ Nihombashi (Tokyo station area). But, the same tasty seafood bowl (kaisendon:海鮮丼) options for the same price range. Cash only. Not trivial to find the entrance for the first visit

Excellent meal. Seafood donburi that has amazing flavours! Instructions in English. No queue on a Saturday night.

Great experience from start to finish. While there is usually a line, they come outside and take orders in advance to get things moving as quickly as possible. You start with four pieces of yellowtail, then you get the kaisendon. Lastly, you can request soup stock be added to the remainder of your bowl and add in any of the yellowtail that remains (most people set aside half for this portion at the end). Everything was fantastic and I will certainly return. Just plan on waiting in line for a while no matter when you go.

Quality of the food is the same as the main restaurant near Tokyo station but unlike the main restaurant, surprisingly there was no queue when we arrived at 730pm. The donburi is really good.
