I have only been there few times to exercise and to go to the public bath thereafter. I haven't tried the restaurant even if i heard good things about it. Overall, i really enjoyed all the facilities, they are clean, well designed and i can highly recommend them. At that time, my company refunded half the price of a daily ticket (cf. picture) and i really enjoyed it.

Nice facilities, reasonable price. Go downstairs, take shoes off, buy a ticket at the machine (most things feature english translation), give it to the ladies at the counter and go for a swim. The restaurant upstairs closes a bit early (8:00 pm) and the machine is in Japanese with some pictures. The food is good for the price (see pic)
Nice place to swim, hit the gym and relax in an Onsen for one flat day rate. Only bad thing is that you are not able to swim with a fitness tracker (but yes with the locker bracelet! -.- )
I haven't explore all there fesilites but I used there gym and to be honest they don't have a lot in terms of weights, they also don't have a bar for chest day, and it is quite expensive but they do have swimming pool, spa and a bath and you get all that with the ticket you buy
