Very nice onsen opened not long ago in Tsukuba. It's quite big and has a big parking for cars. On Sunday evening it was quite busy even after 22. You get in with an electronic wristband and pay according to time spent inside. There's also massage and a restaurant. The checkout machine has English as well.
