Did not know about this tofu shop outside of Iias. A bunch of interesting foods based on tofu, such as cheese tofu, tofu tiramisu, etc. Blew my mind. A number of other dried foods as well. Next door to the farmers market here.

豆腐や湯葉など色んなのを売ってます。今日は「鶏肉みたいな大豆のお肉」と「海苔わさび豆」を買いました。大豆のお肉は煮物に入れました。豆は「辛さ」が癖になります。

豆腐の焼売を買ったが美味しくなかった。中の肉に硬いのがあった。
品質良し！ ただ、夕方になると品物がなくなるので、なるべく早い時間に行くべし。
