Nice place for a walk. For tourists, best time to visit in spring and autumn

Love the size of it, not too big nor too small. Extraordinary when cherry blossoms.

A really great place to view the autumnal colours in an Historical setting.

Loved the gates and the towers of this castle. The grounds are very pretty in October and the dark wood really feels different from other castles in Japan. Sanada shrine is also located directly next to the castle ruins making for a nice day trip.

The park was nice and big. There is a nice temple there as well now. There is not much left of the castle building. Was a bit too expensive to get in to see what little they had.
