I love this store! The dip noodle here is the best I have ever tried before. I order the white one which is made from fish . It smells so good and tastes as well. The right way to enjoy it is that you taste the white noodle fist without anything. You should taste the original flavor and chew it. Then you can put a little bit of noodle into the sauce, but remember don’t put too much, cause the noodle is in the lower temp than the sauce, so in case the sauce become cold, just put little and eat it soon. When you finish your noodle, you may left some sauce. So you can add some soup into the sauce, you can ask them if they didn’t put the bottle on your table. So you will have a bowl of soup, and you can drink it. That is the perfect way to have a dip noodle trust me!

This is the best tsukemen place I have ever been to. I always order noukou tsukemen with meat and egg. Every single thing is awesome. The meat is incredible; it melts like butter ans is so flavorful! I love the chunk of meat they serve it is so good. The noodles are very thick and quite hard, but I personally love this dense chewy texture. The soup omg it is heaven! Sometimes the soup is too salty, but you can always add more hot water(soup) to make it more edible. It is extremely flavorful and heavenly. Once my husband was eating oomori(large portion) and ran out of soup. The staff shockingly gave more soup(a totally new one). I personally think this branch serves better tsukemen than that of shinjuku, which I also like very much. I think Menyamusashi bukotsu is the top 2 tsukemen stores in Japan with Tatsunoya in shinjuku. I literally went here everyday for a whole week when I was in Tokyo.
Soup was very flavourful, the meat was not super fatty but very tender. There was lots of options to choose from. Excellent! All sizes are same price
Had the spicy dipped ramen. I ordered a large and they gave alot of meat. The noodles was good, the sauce decent. I felt like the meat was a bit too fatty and not enough flavor, you needed to dip it in the sauce. But they really gave alot of meat, I could not finish it, was about to go into meat coma. The place is pretty popular, there was a line waiting out the door.
Found this place while wandering for a late dinner. Ordering and service was quick and professional. Ramen tasted real good and hit the right spot!
