Very bad quality of construction. This place is more like an extortion racket robbing money off of students. They supply really bad quality stuff and charge enormous amounts of money if those \built-to-break\ stuff actually break. There are no supermarkets nearby and after 22:00 there are no convenience stores as well. Instead of University House Aobayama, it should be aptly named \University Hooligans Aobayama\ cause the management running it is no less than goons.

The newest dormitory of Tohoku University. I don't have to think what I should ride for reaching my campus cz I just need to walk. Yes it is far from the downtown which is a trouble for doing groceries. But, the subway station is only a glance. However, at the beginning I thought it was really cheap for the newest dormitory. But, after I accepted the first bill, I had to pay almost 45.000yen. It is not that affordable. They also charge somethings that we don't really need it such as plates, glass, chopstick' etc because we would of course buy the new one from Daiso. The management is really tricky. Eventhough we had paid the rent for bed and futon, they still charge us when we decide to move out. Pretty smart for scamming student.

立地が悪く周りになにもない。一見、賃料は安く見えるがレンタル費などが含まれておらず、強制的にレンタルさせられるため、なんだかんだ高い（5万円弱）。またレンタル品も100均の安物ばかりであり、自分で買った方が安い（強制的なのでそれができないが…）。プライベートも少なく、多くの人は耐えられず、長く入居する人はほとんどいない。入試とUHの選考をくぐり抜けた先にあるのは失望である。

新しい寮ですけど，内部の家具は必ずレンタルするので，値段が高いです，それと破損したら高い交換費用が発生します．例えば，ニトリのイズ（ニトリで3000円）一個で運賃と組み立て料金を含む11000円ぐらいになりました．もちろんニトリに頼むとこの値段ですけど，でも本当にほかのやり方ないですか？ 近所はコンビニだけある，日祝の時となりのローソンは営業しない，夜１０時から７１１は営業しないので，不便利だと思います メリットは青葉山の研究室から距離が違いだろう．
