I go here every year to do my road tax. Lines can be long at times, but they get it done. But remember military people, once you get the receipt, you must go to the jrsvo on foster to get the sticker.

I gave this place a two star only because the water fountain was cold as ice. Suprisingly, the attendant I first went to was super NOT helpful. She spoke a good amount of English but just did not seem interested in clearing up some misinformation I was given. For anyone interested, shipping a vehicle stateside (military but not on orders) go to JSVRO first. Then, go to dropoff the car at the port. THEN bring your plates to the LTO. After bouncing around from building to building passing your papers to four or five different windows, you can finally get your export certificate. It was a hassle to say the least. Cold water fountain, though.

３月は、抹消の時期なので、混んでいるので早目の、手続きをおすすめします!
３月29日の午前中に行きました。めっちゃ混んでいましたが、行政書士さんや周りの小場ちゃんが、教えてくれてスムーズに名義抹消できました。
