The taste of the food was good but the service was not very friendly. Also as others have mentioned, the steak that come with the lobster lunch set was very difficult to chew. I really love red lobster resturant, but wont want to recommend this location.

Food is relatively nice but being in Japan I cannot recommend this restaurant. It is way overpriced for all you get. We paid for two people around 12,000 yen and we weren't impressed at all. Service is also very slow and it is usually overcrowded.
No famous Red Lobster biscuits. The lobster and snow crab legs are way overpriced. Not worth it.

Should not be allowed to use the sign "Red Lobster." If this is a franchise, then it will go bankrupt soon. Too many negatives to list. Food quality, service, drink service, menu items, prices...a "joke" of a restaurant.
Have halal menu, but no have halal food You are offered food from the regular menu. If you ask before come, not say we are haven’t halal food
