URGE is a nightclub / lounge / bar / restaurant. It has a nice atmosphere and pretty good decor, with the sole exception of a couple of wall mounted TVs that advertise different events right in the main stage area. URGE has a stage area, and as such often has live music. As opposed to a cover, they typically have a minimum order (usually one food item and one drink item per customer) and the band is typically paid through the use of flags that you purchase separately (at 1000 yen a piece, if memory serves, and while there is no requirement, it's typically expected that one flag per person is purchased.) As such, depending on the food and drink you purchase (which is quite good and runs the gamut), you can spend as little as about 3000 yen for an evening's entertainment, though most people will probably spend closer to 5000 yen.

カフェで利用しました。チーズケーキ美味しかったです。 店内は広くステージもあります。 素敵な音楽を聴きながら、心ゆくまでお酒を楽しめる、そんな日常が早く戻って来ますように。
高槻のイタリアンでは、ここが１番好き。週替りランチが毎週の楽しみ。 接客もとてもいいし、店の雰囲気も良い。
店内はお洒落な雰囲気で清潔感があります。ランチとディナーそれぞれ食事をしました。料理は美味しく、スタッフさんの対応もよかったですが、これといって特別良いというわけでもありませんでした。味の割に少し高く感じるため再来店はないかなー。
お魚のランチ物足りなかったです。コスパはあまり良くないと感じました。
