I was skeptical of the ratings and the fact that almost nobody was in the restaurant when I got in. Luckily I was proven wrong. Ordered a salmon Don set and sake junmai for lunch, and it was only 2600yen! Needless to say, it was a great way to taste the best of kanazawa in a single place. Highly recommend coming here if you're in the area.
