依頼していないのに、勝手に金属製硝子を設置された上に、自分で壊したドア鍵の修理代も含めて、想定外の高額な費用を請求された。さらに、その金属製硝子には、横に約５０センチ程度の引っ掻きキズがあり、とても新品とは思えない商品価値のない代物だった。
