Venus café serves a good lunch with a side of great ocean views. This cafe is conveniently located along the seashore next to Kamakura. The location is excellent for a quick stop after visiting Kamakura’s tourist attractions. The restaurant has a parking lot for the ones who venture out to this area by car. The food was way better than expected and the prices were competitive for such a touristy location. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was well kept. I would recommend this place to grab a quick meal on tour way to/from Kamakura. The restaurant is relaxing with great views and even better food.

Atmosphere was great. The view was phenomenal. The food was alright. Their fries, chorizo, and salad was really good. The burger tasted a bit like meatloaf... Definitely worth stopping in.

Ambience, great. Location, great. Food, not that great. The chicken tacos were good, but not everyone agreed. The burgers were not satisfactory, and even tasted gamey. The chips and salsa were no better than you could make at home. Left feeling it was a shame that the food doesn't match the quality of the other factors.
Nice restaurant, good food, pleasant staff. I would definitely go back. Only downside is that the best seats with the sea view are for smoking.
