Very nice staff, reasonably priced diamonds and metals. We were very well taken care of with drinks and quick service, they got out all the rings we wished to see swiftly and made everything very calm and enjoyable. We bought our rings as a 3 piece set and the staff allowed us to swap out the male band with one from a different set and still get the set discount. We also opted for platinum 900 but upgraded my engagement ring to platinum 950 so it holds the diamond more securely. For the diamond they let us see the reports and select the diamond we wanted, we even got to do side by side comparisons of diamonds that were close in quality but with a bit of a price difference to be sure of which one we wanted. They showed us the serial number had been lasered into the diamond we picked and it matched the one on the report card. We got a phone call as our rings were ready a day early than originally planned and when we picked them up they even included a free pearl necklace as a wedding present. Very nice patient staff and great quality jewelry!! Thank you!!!
