There are very frequent train service. All the train on Tobu Tojo line (except TJ linear), Fukutoshin line and Yurakucho line stops here. There are many shopping center and food counters inside the station building.

Clean and simple station without a multitude of exits. There's also quite a few shops in the station, such as a Tonkatsu shop, Starbucks, Japanese rice ball shop, and dessert shop.
Wonderful train station that connects the Tobu Tojo line with the Tokyo metro line. There's 4 lines in total but can get quite crowded during rush hour.
Wakoshi is an okay station. Toilets are clean, etc. The main problem is that it's a big transfer station between several train lines, and you can spend 20 minutes plus stuck there on a regular day-- or more, in the case of a delay. So the real problem is that there is no kiosk or similar place in the station to buy food. There are vending machines for drinks, but no food. You can go out of the station, but only if you're willing to pay the extra for going back in. For someone on a budget, like a backpacker, little charges like that really eat into your daily budget.
A standard local subway station. Serviced by both the Fukutoshin and Yurakucho lines which is nice. A bit inconvenient for those with strollers or other situations requiring an elevator to get out of the station.
