Very friendly staf The tomadachi guide Sawa san showed me a lot of beautiful places. Even though it was raining I had a very good time. If u have the time I recommend this place.

Amazing. A truly wondrous experience to meet the lovely staff and spend time with them. They are very open and passionate about helping you out in a way that doesn't feel like a typical tourist experience. The experience was so beautiful that my friends' and my facial muscles hurt afterwards because we smiled and laughed so intensely at this place! I totally recommend meeting the staff, if you need help or not. You will have a happy experience guarenteed!

I had a private walking tour with Chika today. She’s wonderful, knowledgeable and speaks fluent English. She took time to understand what I’m aiming to see or do in Beppu and drafts out the focus areas/activities. I had a great time with Chika and got to know the city better (yes, even if I read a lot on the web, it still isn’t as good as having a local to bring you around) and we even went to a secret spot to view the city’s steam emitting from everywhere. Highly recommended to get some tips from this team if you are coming to Beppu.
