Thousand Arigato ! Yesterday the ‘wander compass’ team saved my trip in Japan! I lost my JR pass in the tube... I was lucky enough to ask help at ‘Wander Compass’ office in Shibuya station and found there an amazing team! With a lot of kindness and patiente they found my pass back! Thanks so much to all the team and especially Kana. Definitely recommend !

While in Shibuya recently we discovered this great Tourist Information Centre. Our hotel didn't have a tour desk. The brochure for Wander Compass was at the hotel so we went to Wander Compass office situated in the Shibuya Train Station with the hope of booking a tour. When we arrived we were happily greeted by Timo and an assistant. They were very welcoming and spoke great English. They very quickly organised the tour we were wanting. While there we discovered they could organise guides etc. We wanted an English speaking guide for a day for the two of us so that we could do a customised tour of the things we wanted to see and do. Timo quickly organised a guide for us. Given we came in on a Sunday and the tour was organised for Wednesday, we were super impressed. Our guide, Masumi, was a lovely young lady who took us exactly where we wanted to go, answered all our questions and generally looked after us. We had a wonderful day with her. Timo also took us for a two hour walk around Shibuya on the Sunday and we experienced lots of things in that short time. I can not recommend this tour company more highly. We were really impressed with their service. What a great find.

We stopped by last month on Christmas Day as I had read this place would sell the limited Welcome Kanto Pasmo Card. We initially had some trouble finding the place but did so soon enough. The staff at Wander Compass were super friendly and helpful. It turns out we were the first ones asking about the Card.
