Fantastic active community, store manager is incredibly friendly and makes it hard to say no sometimes... There are lots of events for every game in the store. It really is that good folks.

I went your Yokohama Japan location after asking them if they had an English copy in stock because it's a 2 hour trip for me and I didn't want to waste my tine. They messaged me saying they had a copy in stock and to they would be happy to save me one. I was so excited. When I arrived to the store I purchased night vault plus the play many and the arcane hazards set the lady placed them in my bag and I went on my merry way. I got home late so I just left my purchase on my desk to get to in the morning. When I opened the box this morning I was shocked at what I saw. The first thing I saw was only one game board with scratches and dings. Under that I find both English and Japanese cards no models and open tokens and dice. I a horrified by that a store for a company as big as games workshop could do this. I have spent thousands and thousands of my hard earned dollars on your products and this is a big slap in my face. I have included play pictures of what I received and I am one very dissatisfied customer.
The manager is bilingual and extremely friendly, and will go through lengths to accommodate all customers, both new and regular. Shop atmosphere is very relaxed.
The staff is super friendly!! And he proposed the Funko space marine figures just right time!! I bought 3 of them right away ;) ...with Blood Angel special set.. hehehe
Staff is super helpful, almost too helpful go in for some paint end up with dice, minis, rule books, brushes and everything else. (Totally my fault) clean store and not difficult to find.
