Our 2nd stay here, bus 37/39 from Naha Bus Terminal at Asahibashi Yuirail station to Naha City Office (across the road from hotel) 660(45min). Lockers 400 inside station. Previous trip 2018 (2nts during TyphoonTrami) stayed in newer rooms western beds, this trip stayed 3nts in Japanese room. Room clean as Japanese standard, breakfast variety enough for anyone. Egg chef, toaster could be upgraded took 4 inputs to toast bread. Great views of bay below. Onsen bit of a walk to building next door but worth it. You don't need to take towel from room as towels provided at onsen reception. Free Yuinchi bag in draw inside room along with Onsen sleeping wear. Quiet room/sleep room massage chairs same floor as Male/Female onsens. For families they have rooms with small onsens. There is a small shop/souvenir store next to hotel lobby drinks, snacks etc. Convenience store across the road at Naha City Office Building / bus terminal restaurant. Live Bus timetable screen at lobby for buses back to Naha Bus Terminal. Buses collect small ticket on entry, exit pay money into box along with ticket or can use Suica Card / IC cards just remember to swipe in/swipe out with card. Checkin 3pm Checkout 11am. Nice hot spring, good service, the Japanese style room have a big hot spring tub that the hot spring water comes out continuously. The breakfast is good too.

Will rate 4 stars for big spacious room, clean bathroom, nice view from balcony and onsen. But for family with children/ teenagers, it's an expensive and boring place. First time I encountered that as hotel guest, I'm asked to pay to use pools (indoor and outdoor) and sports facilities. Outdoor pool looks big on their site photo but it's small. More for young childre. Not cheap for family. The facilities close as early as 7pm so basically there's nothing to do when we return from our visits/ dinner.

This hotel is in a quiet place and suitable if you have a car. A good base for exploring the south Okinawa. Besides the on-site restaurant, there are restaurants within 10-min drive. We stayed in November in two separate nights and got upgraded. The room in the Annex Building is new and very spacious. The sea view rooms overlook the city and Nakagusuku Bay. Staff were friendly with very good service, though their English is fair. Both buffet breakfast and dinner have good value for money. Restaurant Sunpeer has nice city & ocean view. Good natural onsen Apeman Spa (猿人之湯) with spectacular city / ocean view & sauna opens at 07-2300 (last admission 2230). Both oil massage and body massage were good at 4,400 yen for 60 minutes. The indoor swimming pool was only open during weekends and public holidays when we stayed there. Free parking is in a big outdoor car park.

awful food !!! the panoramic restaurant was fully booked so we had no choice but to go to the buffet on the 2nd floor. restaurant was about 80percent filled at most, but the food stations mostly empty. we asked when it would be filled and the restaurant manager simply said they are cooking in the kitchen. period. no apologies, no further explanations. we waited, and ate whatever was left. to much dismay, much of the food stations remained empty and even the shabu shabu station (raw meat to be dipped and cooked in boiling soup) was NEVER filled again. 30 minutes for raw meat to be prepared? is there so much preparation needed to provide a tray filled with raw meat? really?? we left in about 40 minutes with much discontent and a bill for 9900yen for 3 adults. . however, i have nothing to complain about the room in the annex (ocean view is amazing) and the spa. really believe the restaurant on the 2nd floor could step it up a notch.

It‘s a little inconvenient without a car. The hotel environment is great and so is the room. It’s spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and nice. The most important thing is the hot spring here is wonderful. It’s a good place to stay for long.
