They have a huge free parking area. I have purchased one laptop. I had waiting for payment almost 20mins. It was kind like wasting my time.

It's a big chain store, so I think the service level is the same at all stores. But I usually shop here and the staff are very helpful. Pretty sure there's no English speaking staff though if you need help in English.

2階が店舗でワンフロアのみ、普通の大きさの店舗で日用品などジャンル数を多くするためにいろいろ犠牲にしてるので選択肢が少ないし日用品は高いし家電は選択肢が少ない(ﾟoﾟ; でも駐車場は270台とめれる！ ヨドバシの方が広くて良いかも？ 前はリユース品を大量に扱い店内の3分の1くらいのスペースがユーズドコーナーでしかも保証が手厚く洗濯機の中古は程度の良い物が多かった 激安品も扱っててマイナーメーカーの2、30インチくらいのテレビが1万円前後で種類も多く選べれた！ 今の店舗は魅力無いので前に戻して欲しい
