This location has a nicer 'front office than other locations I have been to. Lots of people around to help. However they are not very helpful. It could be a language barrier or the pandemic but I went in asking if I could get a box to ship internationally to the US. They said yes it is possible and gave me a form and sold me a box. An hour later I returned with a packaged box and a filled out form. Then they told me they cannot ship packages to the US right now...? Then I called their phone number to speak to someone else and they also said they cannot ship right now and they should not have sold me the box or given me the form. I then went home to schedule a pickup and they took it without any issues and my package already got to the states. CONFUSING.

集荷を頼んでも、だいたい来てくれません。 他のセンターに依頼するのがいいかもしれないです。 土日営業しているヤマト運輸はこの辺だと碑文谷センターだけで重宝しているので、是非とも改善をお願いします。
クチコミは文句のある場合に書き込まれる事が多く、自然と良い評価は少ないかと思いますが、非常に丁寧で対応も早く、感じの良い事業所です。受付も配達も安心感のある方々ばかりでしたので、2月末で移転と知り大変落胆しております。
この辺りのヤマトさんの営業所のなかで1番スタッフさんがフレンドリーで感じがいいです。2月に移転とのこと、残念です

電話の対応が悪い 上に届けてって頼んだのに インターホン押さずに 帰ってしまい 対応前も頼んどものを 雑に投げ捨てるように置いてました 届けてないって電話越しでも 機嫌が悪かったみたいで 雑に粗末に扱われ低評価です。 配達の方は、富田 直也さんです。 この方には気をつけてください。 雑な対応しかしてくれません。
仕事柄、宅急便をよく利用しますが非常に丁寧な対応をいただき、少なくとも私が今まで利用しているセンターでは断トツでした スタッフにより違いはあるかもしれませんが私がお伺いした際には非常に気持ちよく利用しました なかなかこういった良い評価は上がらないかもしれませんがスタッフの皆様の心の支えになればと投稿しました これからも進んで利用したいと思います
