Yodobashi camera has almost everything you would be looking for and staff are quite decent too. Some can even speak Chinese and English. However, when looking for cameras, their prices are quite expensive compared to camera stores nearby the area. Although they can lower their prices (yes, if you show them a store that sells the product for cheaper), they still don't get that cheap.

Yodabashi's film development department is over priced and under quality. They have terrible customer service and they dont know how to take care of your film. I've have serval film returned to me with visible scratches and fingerprints.

Both times I've visited Tokyo, I've stayed in Shinjuku and have made Yodobashi Camera one of my first trips. Great place for all kinds of electronics and video games.
