‘Professional staffs with excellent service mind’ First of all, I’m not Japanese. I just went to Japan for vacation with my family and I wanted new skates so I decided to visit icespace (even though it’s suuuuuuper far from my hotel). I sent them an e-mail first and when I arrived, they greeted me with Japanese language but that’s okay because I know some Japanese. Then, the staff I talked through mail came and told another staff the info I told her via e-mail. After that they started measuring my feet then, brought me like three boxes of skates, one edea, two risports. I tried edea first (it’s motivo) and it’s not exactly my size (my size is out of stock...) so it’s hurt a little bit, so they made me try risport and I could feel how stiff they were compared to motivo then they brought me edea overture. I’ve tried around 4-5 boots before I made my decision. The staff here is very lovely, nice, and kind. Although they have some problem in English but that’s not really a problem for me. They tried their best to help me and I really appreciated that. If anyone wants to find his/her best boots with warm welcome, nice people, professional fitting, reasonable price, I would definitely recommend you Icespace. Love it here! ;)

Superb service and the staff can speak english decently... “ can use google translator if still hard to understand”. Nice cozy small shop on the second floor, about 500 meter from Tanmacho Station...very good affordable price... a big superb ice rink is 200 m away.. can use credit card... will definitely come again!!! 関東で一番大きなスケート用品店とおもいます。フィギュアスケート専門です。エッジ研ぎ上手だとおもいます。フィギュアスケートの既製品の衣装がたくさん吊しています。店が大きい分スキルの低い店員さんもいます。実物を見てから購入できるのは安心ですし、特に衣装を試着してから購入できるのはとても助かります。あと、スケート選手のサインが飾っています。
担当者によってはひどい対応になります。靴とエッジ選びをお店側が間違っていても、なんの対応もしてくれませんよ。ご注意を！
フィギュアスケーター東京ブロックの半数は ここでエッジを研いでもらっているのではないでしょうか 試合前などのトラブルにも臨機応変、親切・丁寧に対応いただけて助かります
