The staff there is really helpful. Lost your belongings on the train, they would help! Want to book a labor taxi for your pregnant wife, they would help! My wife was learning Japanese there for some time and she really enjoyed her time, learning and meeting people from the community.

Really cute place where you can borrow books, take inexpensive Japanese courses (300 per month). It's physically next to Tana Station (#21 on the TokyoDenentoshi Line). Everyone is very friendly and you can meet other foreigners.

よく講座に参加します。日本語しか話しませんが、いろんな国の文化を知ることができ、たのしいです。

以前は、青葉区民活動センターという名称でしたが、今は、青葉区庁舎に移動してしまいました。青葉区庁舎だと駅からのアクセスに不便なので、昔の方が良かったです。或いは、青葉区庁舎のフリースペースを間仕切りして活用した方が良いと思います。 国際交流ラウンジだけが残っています。 そのためコピー機がトラブルを起こしてもラウンジの職員は、不親切です。 抽選も教室を一つ閉鎖しているので、中々当たらなくなりました。 古き良き青葉区民活動センターのようなスペースを減らしてしまったのは、残念です。
