It's a little too bazaar in the store but it's just like donquijote focused on electronics.. I actually went for contacts but they dont have it at this location. But lots of cameras, bluetooth headphones, TVs, beauty tools, massagers, video games.

VERY RUDE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've experienced it not just once but several times. I thought it was just one person but a lot of them. Even the managers. I highly recommend you go to another store. Not worth the stress.

One of the worst shop of bic camera in Yokohama. I went to go there to buy air pod pro but staff are arrogant , rude and mannerless I have seen ever in japan.
