I rented the place one month and a half in advance to have an international event. From the beginning I said it was a music and dance event, however, they didn't inform me of many issues and rules, except that it was not allowed to drink inside the hall and that after I paid, there was no reimbursement. Later after I paid, I was informed that tap dance wasn't allowed (which should have been informed to me earlier) and that I needed to buy panels for the floor because they didn't even have panels for rent. I accepted, but then, they informed me later that alcohol drinks weren't allowed either, it was one problem after another and the staff wasn't kind at all, maybe because I am foreigner. After all, my event had to be cancelled due to the typhoon and I had no reimbursement at all, but my mood was already down long time before for all the issues. I will never rent this place again.

家電回収ボックスあり。図書コーナーあり。冷暖房そこそこ。 施設自体は良いのですが、利用者と職員に問題ありの状況が多いです。問題多数の為基本的に利用者は少ないです。多少古いですが立地の割に手入れが行き届いています。 例えば、ロビーでは公共の場所を子育ての為だけの場所と勘違いした母親達に遭遇しました。全体的にマナーを知らない利用者が多いです。どうしても利用するなら極短時間か、緊急時か、耳栓を持参するかです。体育館は貸切利用が無難です。 職員は基本的に注意しません。故に、自分も無法者となり利用するならば無料で快適なフリースペースが手に入ると思います。

実は赤ちゃんが遊べるエリアがあります。靴を脱いで上がるスタイルの部屋が1階奥にあり、概ね2歳くらいまでの子たちが楽しめそうなおもちゃ・絵本などが用意されています。ほとんど情報が出回っていないのと、そこまで充実していないこともあり、いつも人が少なくかなりの穴場です。

新しくないのでちょこちょこ気になる点はあるものの施設としてはとてもいいと思います。 アクセスも割としやすい場所にあったので初めて行ったけど助かりました。

昔からあるような普通の建物てす。ピアノの発表会会場で行きましたが、敷地外のパーキングが目の前にあり便利です。
