I own a small home based organic puree business and was looking for a car that serves me both for personal and business use. Came across Toyota Corolla Fielder and immediately wanted to order it considering low prices for used cars at SKT Japan. After reading customer reviews, I planned to order it from SKT Japan as they have minimal shipping and freight charges. I received my Toyota Fielder last month and I wanted to use it for a month before writing a review here. I’m elated to tell you guys that this has been the best decision to purchase Toyota Corolla Fielder from SKT Japan. The customer care at SKT Japan is exceptional and they keep you updated at every stage and where your car is throughout the delivery process. The car was in mint condition. Interior is clean and it does not have any dents or scratches. Doesn’t look like a used car. I got it on a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend SKT Japan as the best used car exporter till date.

I order Toyota Vitz from SKT Japan last month. The price I got was so cheap compared to the market price in Japan. The condition of the car is amazing. It looks as good as new. Also it is exactly how it was described by SKT Japan team. I’m very happy to receive my car. Everything mentioned by SKT agent was true and they did not even tamper the odometer to hide actual mileage. I will surely recommend SKT Japan to everyone who is looking for a used car.
I have bought hundreds of cars from japan and this company is by far the Absolute Worst. Jimmy is the salespersons alias name. They keep hanging up the phone to avoid your calls. I've bought cars from many suppliers and it coukd never be this bad. They cist me hundreds of dollars in storage because they wouldnt send my documents. They sent one of my cars to the wrong island. They are Awful
Horrible experience with this company. My person ordered a car from them and they spelt my name wrong on the BL, this was since October 2017, they received full payment. My vehicle arrived in since December 20th and its incurring daily charges to this day no corrected BL. My person here had a conversation with a' 'MANAGER ' after they returned to work on January 8th and to this day nothing. He promised he wlf forward the Bl since then NOTHING. I am very angry and frustrated.
SKT JAPAN & SIKANDER CORPORATION received my payment in FULL for a 2015 Nissan before the vehicle arrived on December 20th 2017. Although they said that they dispatched the documents on the 22nd, for weeks they could not provide me a Courier tracking number as confirmation. Today, one month later, I finally recieved a tracking number confirming that the documents left only yesterday and should arrive in five (5) days according to DHL. I can only imagine the Customs storage cost incured. It is easily over US700. This month of incompetence and unnecessary frustration was a torture NO paying customer should ever have to endure. It is like paying for ill-health. There was no accountability or sensible explanation about the elusive tracking number after several e-mails. I had to cancel a Paid vacation at the New Year to await these documents. Because of their shadiness, my health and wellbeing was affected as I was stressed and finally announced to my family that I was surely caught-up in a scam. Only through much prayer did I receive today's confirmation. Ultimately, it is not worth the risk using SKT JAPAN. They dropped the ball and behaved like the SCAMMERS they claimed not to be as their behavior deteriorated and became quite questionable with every nonsensical explanation and lack of results. Ultimately it was not worth the headache. They vertually disappeared and could have easily done so in the end. Thank you, but not good enough SKT JAPAN.
hi, I would say - "Don't ever order a car from them" Otherwise u would be going through what I'm facing now .I trusted their agent Atif who advised me I'll get a car with in month it has been 4 months , Have no Idea what the status of my car . every time I call them someone answer, sorry New Zealand Team is not here will contact you in 10 mins guess what no one contact you back. I thought I could save some money buy a car directly from Japan I guess I was wrong I also paid 50% of deposit. Please dont send them money firstly they will call you every single day tell you so many things which make fall into their trap once u transferred the money.They will never contact you. The people work in call center they have no idea at all about a car. I ordered a grey color for my Nissan Tida and agent said u will get white color is too late. I hope whosoever seeing this message plz help me. One of their agent said my car has shipped and other agent their is delay for a shipping. When I asked my money back,They denied plzzzzz don't believe in this company. How come is Customer's problem if they can't deliver the a car in 4 months.
Am so far experiencing the worsed moment of having contacted you for a car, please work on my refund, the time your manager is taking to decide wether to remmit my money or not is money lost, its now two months with no results, please do not frastrate me more. contacting your agents is really a hassle especially when transaction fails. but i still wonder wether its a customers problem when you dont deliver what you agreed on. i think its a clients right to be refunded. am not happy the way my transaction has been handlesd.
