Great beer and friendly staff! In-house brewed beers are delicious with plenty to choose from. Sensible policies during the COVID-19 pandemic help you feel at ease. Come support this local brewer!

As a massive fan of craft beer, ThrashZone is an incredible bar/microbrewery with super unique brews. No bottles, everything is on tap. HOP DECIDE and MORBID RED are must tries, but you really can’t go wrong with any of their brews. Due to Covid-19 they have stricter rules (which some other reviewers fail to understand) because they are a very small bar and could be shut down if they don’t obey strict safety rules. Limited customers allowed in the bar for now, but it is well worth the wait. EXTREME BEER FOR EXTREME PEOPLE! :)

The place to be in Yokohama if you like craft beer and metal and punk music. Good selection of craft beers, but beware, the beers served here are extreme with very high alcohol percentage, like 10% or more. This concept is so good and works well with the music blasting out from the speakers (German Thrash metal like Kreator was what we git to enjoy). Maybe not the fanciest of places and it is quite small (an izakaya), but if you’re into metal or punk, then this will not be a bother. Cheers!

It’s quite unique atmosphere craft beer house located in walking distance from Yokohama station. A bit quit and peace place since it would not many people and each seem enjoy themselves with their beer. The beers crafted here are nice. No food for sale here just self serving free snack. Many info about Japanese craft share in here.

There wasn't much local beer on when we visited. It seemed a lot was out. But it was in early March when Yokohama was very quiet because of the cruise ship covid thing. But my slightly lower score is because the music isn't really metal. More like a lot of punk and hard rock. Still, an okay place to pop by if you're in the neighborhood, but I'd not recommend a special trip out here just for this spot.
