Went for Tales of Festival 2019. Venue itself is nice and clean. Sound carries throughout the arena very nicely.

Amazing arena, went there for a concert and sound and view were perfect even if I was in the fastest seat. Very well organized, clean and new toilets and lockers.

A good concert venue with good transport connections and within a handy food and shopping area. The arena itself is big, neat and clean. Security staffs are friendly (believe me, i have been to other concerts where the securities are scary). I went there to watch 2 nights of concert. First night, the seat is on the arena (note, in this venue, the arena is actually not the ground floor level, it is the lower hillside) Viewing is good from here. Sound is ok, not the best. It took me ten minutes to leave the concert. Second night, I sat at the mountain top. That is the last row of the concert hall! The performer is an ant as expected. However, you get to see the whole stage performance. It is far but I think ok. It took me 20 mins to leave the concert. The walk from Shin Yokohama station to the arena is about 5mins, you can walk via the footbridge directly to the arena. This is good cover on rainy days. If you are waiting around for the concert to start, you can also use the footbridge and walk towards Prince Pepe for food and window shopping. If you come here by subway and not using the IC Card, my suggestion is to buy the return ticket when you arrive before the concert starts, this will save you from long queues after the concert finish.
