I am so grateful came to this clinic. The doctor fluent in english, friendly and listen carefully your symptoms. He will not underestimate any questions that you have. I came to this clinic because it was first time for me have a back pain problem. I asked some dumb questions and he was so Kind explain to me which is super excellent point. The staff extremely friendly and caring. Start from receptionist, radiologist, physiotherapist and pharmacist. One of the physiotherapist (i think her name is keiko-san) also fluent in english. She gave me any information before start treatment, start what is this and that machine, how it works and so on. I had a time when I was so nervous using one of their machine and she was noticing me by asked how's my feeling. Quite simple but I think that's super essential. Definitely recommended.

I have been receiving medical care from this clinic for a neck injury and lower back pain during the last 3 months. The doctor, medical staff and administrative staff have been excellent! They have treated me with respect, courtesy and with a caring type of paient care. I also have appreciated their friendly attitude. I chose this clinic initially because the English speaking ability of some staff members. The doctor spoke absolutely perfect English. Very impressive in Japan! Even though I speak fluent Japanese, it was easier for me to communicate with him in English. I was more impressed by the doctor's willingness to spend the necessary time to throughly listen to my concerns, asking questions, answering my questions and explain in detail and easy to understand medical language of my medical issues. This type of excellent service is rarely found in the Japanese medical system. It was much appreciated! The clinic is new, clean and appears to be equipped with the latest medical equipment and technology. Due to the excellent medical care received at this medical facility, I have recovered well with a good medical prognosis for the future.
I have been having recurring knee and ankle problems (pain or swell) for a few years and have been to many orthopedic clinics in Japan. I would like to mention first that my painful or swollen joints are not due to sports injury. What frustrated me is the fact that the doctors always put me for X-rays then prescribed anti-inflammatory medications and sent me home. I visited this clinic due to a swollen knee (again, for unknown reason to me). The difference of the doctor in this clinic from the previous ones is that although he is very busy, he would listen to me and answer my questions. And he would give me his honest opinion rather than propose costly alternatives to patients. I would give a 5-star if the doctor does not rush things through and look at the case more holistically instead of sending me for another X-ray at the beginning.
先日、新患に行きましたが施設も綺麗で先生も親切でとても良かったです。ただ残念だったのが用事があったため３０分前から並んで2番目に並べたのですが、新患のため問診票を書いて提出したら9番目にされました。それでは早めに並ぶ意味がなく新患には優しくないと思います。改善を望みます。
先日首と肩が痛くて受診しました。骨に異常がないかということですぐにレントゲン検査と合わせて超音波の検査をしました。骨には異常がなく超音波の検査で筋肉の問題と指摘され、注射をしてもらいました。合わせて鎮痛薬の処方とリハビリの手配をしてくださり、少しずつ痛みが楽になってきています。 先生は穏やかな方で、今の状態や今後の治療について的確に話していただき初めての整形外科受診ということで少し緊張しましたが、ホッとしています。 近所にいい病院ができて良かったです。
