I went to obviously study. I had Word document up on my computer the entire time and the majority of the people were rued, talking loud. I got up and left. I normally enjoy being there too.

The establishment is nice but its not really Parent w/ baby friendly. Wonderful and clean renovations but parking, family accommodation (since its the only platform we have between both bases) is HORRIBLE. I appreciate the older and temporary building that was being used. Additionally, the staff is extremely pleasant which is truly helping this rating

Comfortable warm and inviting ! It is always quiet and a great place to hang out with friends. There is always snacks and drinks and sometimes special home cooked dishes.

Honestly, it felt kind of germy compared to other USOs. Although, that's probably more on the patrons and maybe the ventilation or HVAC. It'd be great if they offered, encouraged, or enforced headphones for the TV & game stations. It could also use a good redesign with more consideration on furniture and space usage. The love seats hardly work in such tight spaces, e.g. leaning back into a pillar or another seat. Free WiFi and computers are CAC enabled, so that's good. The snacks run out quick.

Great place to relax and has WiFi but they change the password regularly so you'll need to ask occasionally for it. The only issue I could think of is sometimes the workers bring their kids there and sometimes they can be rambunctious or riskily climbing on things when not being watched or smells like diapers. There is an OK seating amount but for the longest some seats have been broken or not too clean. 1 unisex bathroom. They have laptops with CAC readers there. They are adamant about signing in. Free snacks or homemade food around eating times with microwave, fridge, hot water and coffee machine. Overall small decent USO for being overseas. They have charging stations and most of them work. Not that good of a place for printing out things if you are trying to work on things there.

Volunteers are helpful and informative. Please be mindful of acting out. They are here to help, not catering.
