Under new management since 2020 (Central Sports), but same fees and process as before. They have classes, gym, exercise room, golf, tennis, and swimming. They also require everyone to follow mask and covid-19 procedures. Good gym for the area.

Good local gym with indoor track, basketball courts, extensive tennis courts, workout areas, sauna and lockers. Two swimming pools, one smaller for adults only, one larger Olympic size open to members and on a per-visit fee basis, the public at large. This gym has been administered as a stand-alone entity, and alternatively by Central Sports and Tipness over the years. Facilities and costs largely remain the same across management changes, with periodic plant cleanups and refurbishments.

Perfect for squash. The courts are affordable, almost always available and without holes in the wall or slippery floors, as other public courts in Tokyo.

テニスコートを使用しましたが、落ち葉や雑草がひどくたくさんあり、コートの整備が行き届いていないと思いました。 コート内の立派に生えているどんぐりの木の枝がコート内に押し迫ってきていて危ないのできちんと定期的に剪定して欲しいです。 あと秋の季節にはどんぐりが山のように落ちていてコート内にもたくさん転がっているので、踏んで転びそうになりました。 定期的に毎日清掃してもらいたいです。 コートも斜めになっているところがあるので、平らに整備してもらいたいです。
