Had dinner on a week day. They serve a few set menus that are quite tasty. The staff is also very kind.

Sensational experience getting take out tonight. I was staying nearby, and wanted to walk somewhere. I am so glad this place was close; it made my weekend! The owner spoke some English and volunteered to let me order off menu when I asked about tofu. She asked of if I was vegan, which I am, and then went right to work preparing a meal for me. Her husband joined as well and together they asked me to try a few dishes and then ended up providing an additional salad and tea for free. I was astonished at the friendly and thought service and definately will come back!
Amazing set meals at a reasonable price. Great atmosphere, owners are extremely friendly. Highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area.
All 6 set meals we ordered were delicious especially the udon. The sauce is unique to me. It is a husband and wife restaurant. Service was friendly and warm too. We helped to collect our meals and return the trays of empty dishes after meal. A pleasant place for dining.

To order the meal in this restaurant is very easy. The menu is in large laminated photo. I easily order my beef-pork burger rice set and pork finger rice set by simply pointing on the respective photos. Overall, all the meals are good and the price is reasonable. Most inportant, the place provide free carpark. Therefore, u can simply leave ur car there and walk to the nearby Kirin Lake.
A perfect small dining place deep in the Yufuin area, the price and the foods are excellent. If you are around here, it worth a try.
Highly recommend this place. The restaurant owner is kind and friendly. The atmosphere of restaurant is good. You must try their home-cooked food when you visit Kinrin Lake.
