A real local secret and a gem for anyone staying nearby. Essentially this is a small supermarket with amazingly low prices on everything from canned coffee (38yen in 2018) to 2kg of frozen Japanese boneless chicken (about 700yen in 2018). The food counter is the main draw though where you can get a nice warm lunch box for only 2 or 3 hundred yen. Such thing as karaage sets, curries, to your other usual Japanese lunch favourites. The service is polite and friendly and the food is really good for what it is. One of the strongest selling points is that there is a large row of shelves next to the serving counter with extras you can pick up in their little plastic containers too. Want 2 large chicken katsu with your curry set? Pick up that box with 160 yen on it and just add it to your order. It's easy, friendly, convenient and kind to both your wallet and stomach.
