I visited this place when i wanted to buy living fish for an occassion. Ot is very small and usually doesnt keep tge opening hours. There is sea fish only and no gold fish and such. You can get usually all the related things to aquarium and such. I dont know about the price. It is near ijiri and also close to the main highway that leads to ohashi station. But very difficult to access from ijiri
