If you like getting balls thrown at you, this is the only place in a reasonable distance from Misawa. 70, 90, 100, 110 and 120 km/h. It looks like there's a softball machine too, or was, but it wasn't available when we were there. 200 for a round of 20 pitches, 6 rounds for 1000. Can use coins or buy a card from the attendant. The only issue we have is the dude smoking inside, but it's not noticable towards the far end where the kids hit.
