Been going there for 7 years and today (2017/02/27) was my last visit. Came back from ski with a VERY dirty car (rear cover with salt, dust, sand). Because they did not bother thoroughly rinsing the car before washing it with a sponge, I ended up with a rear bumper heavily SCRATCHED. They refused to acknowledge the issue.

One of the last full service car washes in Tokyo. I waited an hour for a simple wash and they didn't do a good job with the interior. Dash was still covered in dust when they gave me the keys.
Very good quality of polishing the car. My car body is shining again.
若い子たちがチャチャっと手早く手洗いしてくれます。それ程丁寧ではないけれど、数をこなしているだけあって十分な仕上がりだと思います。 (追記) 後日、エクセレントタフコートをお願いしました。HPに鏡面研磨後のコーティングと書いてあったので、期待半分、心配半分だったのですが、過剰な研磨はしておらず深みのある綺麗なコーティングで仕上がりに不満なしでした。キャンペーンとやらで代車、ガラスコート、ホイールコートが無料なのも良かったです。 これまで施工していた純正コーティングより安くて艶感も上です。あとは耐久性かな？
数年前は文句なしに5つ星だったのですが。 車内清掃は雑というかほぼやってない状態。 外側も適当ですね。自分でやったほうが綺麗になります。プロとは？ 他にも店はあるのでここに行く意味はないかな。
