Cold, dismissive, brusque, and unhelpful on the phone. I had a similar experience at another Tokyo skating shop. It seems nobody in this country wants to sell a beginner a pair of ice skates. I wonder what makes them think they’re so special?
It is an amazing store will all the hockey stuff you need! Highly recommend it
ちょっと入り口が分かりにくい。
店頭は常連客重視で一般客への対応やサービスは良くないです。売りたくないのかもしれません。 またエッジの研磨を何度かお願いしましたが、一般客には適当に研いでいるのか総じて上手くありませんでした。最後に出した時は研ぐ前の方がマシな状態で返ってきたので、以来怖くて二度と出してません。
スケート靴を買いに行きました。お店が2階なので入り口はわかりにくいかもですがお店の方はとても親切で初めてのスケート靴購入もスムーズでした。予算通りのものが購入出来て満足です。靴のアフターケアもしていただけるようで良かったです。
