Stayed in the dorm for about a year. -Expensive rent -have to pay for in-room phone even if it is rarely used (do not know why they could not call my mobile telephone instead) -have to pay for breakfast and dinner even if you do not eat them -have to use phone application to indicate whether you want to eat breakfast and dinner everyday -the time slot for servicing breakfast and dinner is very tight (about 1-2 hours), if you miss it then you cannot eat it -the food is bad -the dorm manager and staff have no concept of respecting customers, only to belittle customers as younger generation (they are all very old) and demanding you to respect them instead -the dorm manager and staff will nitpick on every single thing you do (e.g. the way of putting the plates in collection area after meal, which I neither break the plates nor put them in the wrong place but still got reprimanded somehow) -the customer call center phone number displayed on the website does not work -the customer call center does not give a single care about complains of any kind In summary: one word, HORRENDOUS.

さすがに酷すぎる 少しの間契約したのですがプライバシーも何もあったものじゃありません。家賃は高く、その分サービスがいいのかと思えばそういうことはありません。食事付きで借りた場合の食事の時間は朝は2時間、夜は4時間と短く、朝は食べたい場合は早起きを要求されるし、帰りが遅くなると残ってすらいません。もちろん取り置きなんてのもありません。(お金払ってるんですがね)。ランドリーやレンタルルーム、大浴場なんかは解放時間も決まっており日付けを変更すると完全に使用できません(シャワールームだけは清掃時間を除きいつでも使用可)。ちなみにキッチンはIHが各階に1つぽつんとあるだけで料理するスペースなんてありません。最後に何が1番酷いかと言うと融通が効かない、自分の都合を押し付けてくることです。これに関しては実際に体験するしかないのですが、少しでも頼み事をすると小言からの嫌そうにしながら渋々了承するかそもそも断るか(だいたい断られる)。自分の都合でドアのノックしてからいきなりマスターキーで入ってくる(これを休日の8時頃に平気でされました)。さすがにここまで酷くてやばい所は初めてでした。二度と利用はしたくありませんしおすすめも絶対にしないです。
楽な部屋と、すっきり施設、親切な寮長さまがこの寮を去ってもたまに考えますね。
