I don't mean to make this review looks like a food report, but they really provide great and delicious food in morning and night (like the photos I offer). I had lived in Hirano dormitory for three months in 2018. It's really an affordable and decent dorm for foreign student. This is a male dorm provide TV, air-con, refrigerator, and internet. They also have bathhouse if you love to enjoy the Japanese bathing. Most tenants are Taiwanese, Korean and Chinese. So you will hear lots of Chinese and Korean when you in the dining room.
