Bugalow

I brought my laptop in for a repair, waited over and hour to be seen by the clerk, to be told it would be a manufacturer repair, ok no problem, then when I told them it was a UK purchase and if it was still ok, they made wait another 20mins to be told they couldn't do it... Now I'm no unreasonable and there might be a very good reason why they can't do this repair on a UK item but I am 6'3 and white as snow, you'd think it might be a question they might ask before making you wait 90 mins... Waste of time

サポートを期待するのであれば、専任担当制で手厚く受けられるのかな。ただ、手厚いが故に幅広く、一度話し込むと長いこと時間がかかることと、システムが難解なので、適当に聞き流すとトラブルの元。また、自作するヒトにはパーツも一通り揃っているので、便利。
