Every time when we are talking about technologies place we image something special but when you go to the parking area of this store you feel this is junk shop I didn't like the color of the store it's like hundred years it go also this store is very big but it's not a lot of items there. Next problem is staff I went there many time but they are not friendly and helpful for customer they just want to give you fast answer and runaway

物が探しにくく、思ったより物が無いので全くワクワク感がありませんでした。
昔からパソコンの事でお世話になっています。 特に、女性店員の方で、いつも、凄く親身になって話を聞いてくださり、アドバイスもしてくれます。 購入後のサポートも、凄く良いと思います。 もちろん、これからも、末長くお世話になると共に、ずっと、利用させて頂きます。
外付けHDDが論理的障害を起こし、過去にPCのちょっとした不具合で２万円の修理費用を請求された、ここPCデポに再び持って行きました。すぐ見てくれて、PCで中身が見えるので復旧できるだけとのこと。調査費用としてこの日は5500円支払い。5日後連絡あり行くと、復旧してました。請求が1TBなので税込み66000円!合計金額が71500円でした。大事な写真だったので仕方なく支払いましたが、これってまるで水回りの水道修理みたいで、弱みにつけ込んでの請求のようでした。その後、返された壊れたHDDを知人に見てもらい、無料復旧アプリで見事に復旧しました。慌てず最初から復旧アプリを使えば良かったと思いました。もう二度とPCデポには近づかないのが賢明なようです。
