Very small restaurant. Cozy atmosphere. Standard services. Good selections of Maltese cuisine, authentic and delicious. Usually crowded during dinner time, thus recommend to make a table reservation. Air ventilation still have room for improvement.

Very small and cozy place. Went as a group of 14 and the place was fully booked as a result. However, the food is surprisingly good and there is a decent selection of drinks. They also accept custom drink orders(to some extent)
If you’re looking for something unique in Shinbashi then try this Maltese restaurant. Fairly cozy with few tables. Great place to visit with a small group. Food and service and both good also. They do a course menu which is good. Only drawback is that the location is a little difficult to find.
The food was really good and the staff was super nice. We ordered the course menu for 3,500yen. Normally set meals you can't make changes, but I don't eat meat, and they were nice enough to substitute out the meat portions. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the place is very small. We had to make reservations well in advance to get a table.
ランチの包み焼きピザが、絶品です。 まずはサラダ。 彩りがとてもキレイで、ニンジン、レタスの回りにはカボチャ、ブロッコリー、レンコン、インゲン、その他諸々の食材で囲んでいて美味しいです。 次にピザ。生地にはほうれん草が練り込まれています。ピザカッターで切るとドロドロっと具が流れ出てくるのが見ていて楽しいです。 ゴルゴンゾーラピザの方は、ハチミツが添えてあり、チーズのしょっぱさとハチミツの甘さがマッチしてとても美味しいです。 意外とお腹いっぱいになって腹持ちもしますよ。 コーヒーやアイスラテなどのドリンクもついていて1000円は素晴らしいの一言です。
新橋駅烏森口、烏森神社の裏手の路地裏にある、ピザ店です。路地裏で、二階に店舗を構えられているので、長いことお店を気付きませんでしたが、開店して四年ほどだそうです。店内は、テーブル席が四卓ほどのこじんまりしたお店です。ランチタイムには、ピザとドリアのセットがそれぞれ二種類あって、色々なトッピングが出来るシステムになっています。サラダとドリンク付きが嬉しいですが、サラダが大皿で出てきます。ピザセットをオーダーしましたが、ピザというよりは、ロールパン状の変わった形をしていて、モチモチした食感です。かりっとしたピザが好みですと、びっくりすると思います。 ランチ評価３．４
マルタ料理は初めて食べましたが、どの料理も美味しくいただきました。 初めて飲むマルタのビールも美味しかった。 良い点はマルタ料理を本格的に楽しむことができる点です。 しかし気になる点は店長さん？が店員さんにたびたび注意してる声が漏れていて気分が少し悪かったです。 また、トイレが外にあるところ、席数が少なく換気が悪いところも気になりました。 お店の立地、内装が原因なだけで料理の味はとても良かったです。新橋じゃなくて、郊外の方が流行るんじゃないか？と思いました。
珍しいマルタ料理、とってもおいしかったですよ！何を食べても外れはなかったです。 ただ、他の方も書いてますがしょっちゅう小さな虫がでて、食欲をなくしました。 それがなければ完璧なんですがね… 店員さんの対応も特段問題はなかったです。ちなみに店内は狭いのでご注意ください。
