You pay in the shop in the shopping mall but get pierced in another building. This might seem weird in the beginning but the have set up a nice piercing studio in an apartment building. The sales staff in the shop could not speak English when I visited but the piercer does. The piercing studio was very clean and professional. All hygiene standards were followed and I got proper instructions about the after care. Fingers crossed that it heals fast :-) I would recommend this place and will come back for any future piercings.

I speak both Japanese and English. Japanese staff at the shop left a bad taste in my mouth. Despite only speaking Japanese to her and asking her to speak up more than a couple of times, she was completely inaudible (3 other Japanese were also with me and no one could understand her.) No customer service skills and I was offended when she asked for my zairyuu card for which i do not have because i am Japanese (and for what??) Also, having read a previous review about the miscommunication between the Japanese staff and the customer, i feel that the blame should not be directed towards the customer seeing as the staff could not communicate properly even to 4 Japanese people. Went across the road to the studio and didn’t have a problem with the piercing itself. He did a good job but was hard to warm up to him. Not happy nor convinced about the aftercare methods. It’s the first time i’ve been to a place that does not sell aftercare solution and was only recommended soap and water. Said that ‘ミューズ’ soap could be bought anywhere, but when enquired at several drugstores they said that due to covid-19, the product was not being imported and therefore, unavailable. I feel that as a piercing studio this should have been acknowledged. After all, aftercare is important. Was given a card in case i need to go back with any problems but i think i will go someplace else if the case arises. tldr; Japanese staff unprofessional and rude, piercer did a good job but was not pleased with overall service.

Very professional and friendly service. The piercer gave me adequate information on after care and that if I have any problem I can always go back to get it sorted out for free.. Good experience

I got my lobes pierced here today, and despite the reasonable price there were a few uncomfortable things. Firstly, the piercer didn't wear any gloves whilst removing my earrings, piercing my ears or re-inserting my earrings. The description of the aftercare was sparse, but thankfully because I've been pierced before I know how to properly look after a new piercing. And despite asking for a needle instead of a piercing gun to be used over the phone, in the shop they used a piercing gun. I would not recommend this place, despite the cheap prices it just doesn't seem sanitary!

Hard to find, it's on the third floor in a mall. Very nice place, not sketchy at all. The prices are incredibly high though, and most items they do not have a matching set of.

Really sketchy. Paid in the store but was guided to a separate residential address down the street. Honestly thought I was going to get killed and almost ducked out, but I went for it. Ended up getting pierced in their living room. It was pretty sanitary but the guy took too long piercing so it hurt like hell. 3 stars because it was reasonably priced, the end result wasn't half bad, and I came out with my life.

Great, professional place to come get a piercing if you are in Tokyo. You need to set up an appointment. Piercer speaks English but the girls in the shop don't. My septum healed beautifully.
