Although this shop was a little tricky to find at first, once I got there they provided excellent service. They were very fast at replacing my battery and made sure I understood the whole process. Even though I do not speak that much Japanese he made me feel very comfortable and helped to translate everything. Thank you very much!

First of all a big thumbs up because my phone was complete dead it wouldn’t open or charge, Before I had taken my phone to the apple store in Shinjuku they said I need to replace it. But I got here and my phone was fixed. I’m very satisfied with this place. Also this is near my house so I be visiting if I have any damage with my gadgets. Thank you so much!
They were quick and pretty reasonable unless you have an insurance like apple care for your apple product. Ours was an iPad Air and it was about 100 to get the screen replaced.

5Sのバッテリー交換をしていただきました。ちょい膨らんでいるくらいだったのですが持ちも悪くなり始め死にそうな感じなのと、この後蛤になることを考え時間のあるうちに。去年の２月のフロントガラスの交換に次いで２度目です。今回は目の前で交換いただきましたが構造を熟知していて手際もよく安心してみてられました。キャンペーンもあり他店と比べて安く交換できて、まだ当分5Sを使い続けられそうです。ありがとうございました。お世話にならないのが一番ですがまた何かあったらお願いしようと思います。
