I came to their customer counter located on B1F. I tried using Yahuoku to sell some junk I had. This was my first time shipping something out in Japan and I had no clue what I was doing. I showed the workers what I wanted to ship and they did everything! I was expecting US level service so I asked for a box and I said I'll go pack it and be back. The workers were confused. They said they'll do everything and even showed me the packing and asked if it was to my satisfaction. I just scanned my QR code on their machine. I did struggle a bit with a lot of kanji, but got through it. Handed the workers the label and they handled everything with a smile! Workers were so helpful and my first YahuOku transaction was done! Thank you so much for the pleasant experience!

そごう地下1Fを目指すと見つからない。 そごうとバスターミナルの間の通路にある。 東口地下1Fのセブンイレブンを目指してくるとわかりやすい。 スタッフの対応は良くないとの書き込みを見かけますが、対応してくれたスズキさんは、親切で丁寧な案内でした。
YCAT近くで便利ですが、集荷が18時まででした。 皆様仰る通り、対応良くないですね。
先ず場所が分かりません。 10分位横浜駅を彷徨いて見つけました。 スタッフさんは淡々と仕事をこなすので塩対応な所があります。
バスターミナルの下の階の通路にある小さな場所だが、通常の業務をしている。Tポイントカードは扱っていないと聞いた。
地下１階にあります。 そごう横浜店地下２階の入口の右脇エスカレーターにて地下１階へ上昇、直進右手。 配送ほか、手荷物の一時預かりも。 【手荷物預かり】9:00〜21:00 700円/1個 /1回
